About Us

The owner and Director of Capri's Friends Family Daycare, Charlyne Mangan, is a jovial, energetic mother of four with 20+ years of experience working with children. She has been a foster parent since 2018, reviewed and approved by the counties of Riverside and San Diego, California. After 23 years of employment at Costco Wholesale and the birth of her fourth child in 2020, Mangan was motivated to not only stay home and care for her newborn daughter, Capri, but to open her home to working families with children during the ever-challenging pandemic. Mangan much like many parents understands the fear of having to leave your child to go to work, and she wishes to give parents the relief of knowing their children will be in a nurturing, loving, home environment.

Capri's Friends Family Daycare is fully licensed by the state of California to provide at-home care to infant, preschool and elementary-aged children.
